That's a very good domain. If you build a site with that domain. I'm sure you could make 3x more.

This is a story about a Domain I had. In 1999 I had a domain for Sale that I was trying to sell on Ebay. The Domain Name was http://tasteofpersia.com I was asking $1000, then I received an offer for anther domain I had that was not for sale.

I contacted the person that made the offer and was told that he found out about my domain after they made a search through whois.com.

They found out that I also owned http://123homedelivery.com they offered me $10.000 for that Domain. At first I thought it was a joke and asked for more information.

Couple days later I was contacted by this guys attorney trying to see if I was ready to close the deal and if I was ready to start the transfer process.

When I told my friends about that, they told me that my domain was worth way more than that. And that if I spend few months designing a good site It would sell for hundred of thousands more.

The time passed I received few more email from them then they gave up.

At that time I was not hurting for money so I kept my domain and today I regret it so bad because I know that my domain is not worth it anymore.

A few years ago I picked up an auto domain name.
Someone apparently let it lapse by accident.

The day after I registered it, the guy emailed me and accused me of hacking his site.
His representative  wasn't very nice so I did not sell it back right away.

Later on I did sell it back for $300 which was the going rate at that time for a valuable yahoo directory listing.
