If you want to create a simple database signup for your site you should try out coffee cup's flash login.
That script it won't even need a database. I posted in database section because it doesn't require thats why its so special.
Another great login script you can try is Flash chat that has a simple easy registeration for your site.
Both have great login systems thats easy to put on html or any script.
